Story
The
owners of The Cobbler House,
Jeff & Lachelle Chamberlain, each come from four generations
who
crossed the plains to Utah and settled from Kanab to Hyrum. Grandma
Velma Andelin and Great-Grandma Elnora Hansen Nielsen's cobbler
recipes have been passed down to Jeff & Lachelle and their four
daughters, Lynleigh, Valerie, Cassie & Jordan, who have enjoyed
every bite and now share them with you along with other favorite home
cooked dishes.
